Job Description
The Systems Engineer 3 will support EA‑18G Growler Block 1 and Block 2 programs as part of the software systems engineering team. This role is onsite at Naval Air Warfare Center Point Mugu and Camarillo, CA.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to write clear, traceable functional and technical requirements
Experience with embedded software testing across multiple test types
Proficiency in IBM DOORS or equivalent requirements management systems
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines
Experience interpreting ICDs, SRS documents, and system architecture artifacts
Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret Clearance
Ability to work onsite full‑time
