Noblis is seeking an experienced a cleared Information Technology team lead in Bethesda, MD. SETA.
The selected candidate will serve as the lead and administrator for a key IC mission component directorate and lead multi-location contractor teams and serving as the primary interface with Sponsor program authorities on technical and project issues.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

Noblis is seeking an experienced a cleared Information Technology team lead in Bethesda, MD. SETA.
The selected candidate will serve as the lead and administrator for a key IC mission component directorate and lead multi-location contractor teams and serving as the primary interface with Sponsor program authorities on technical and project issues.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Le ad , manage , and administrator for the customer team effort.
- Lead shall direct efforts of the team , to include contractors at multiple locations, and shall serve as the primary int e rface and po int of contact with Sponsor program authorities and Staff on technical and project i ssues.
- Regularly Brief l eadership on program status and milestones related to the contract .
- S hall oversee contractor personnel project operations by developing procedures ; planning and directing execution of the contractual, technical , multi-disciplinary engineering , programming , ma int e nance , and admin i strative support effort ; and monitoring and reporting progress.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field with 8 years of experience OR Master's Degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field with 6 years of experience OR Associate's degree with 12 years of experience OR High-School/High School equivalency diploma with 14 years of experience.
- One (1) or more years leading a team or managing staff.
- A minimum of four (4) years of hands- on experience in Program Ma n agement experience managing enterprise IT O&M support and system enhancement projects.
- Experience developing decision- quality materials (strategic papers , options analyses , executive briefings) and driving executive action tracking.
- Experience overseeing or guiding portfolio / program performance , resource planning , and acquisition/procurement strategy ( including vendor management and enterprise licensing concepts).
Desired Qualifications
- Experience translating mission priorities int o act i onable IT roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Have an active certification Project Management Institute (PM!) Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional.
