Pay Rate: $27.32 / Hour

Day Time Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations that may require an armed presence in accordance with post orders and company policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and document security-related incidents, observations, and daily activities in required reports.
• Support emergency protocols, assist with de-escalation when appropriate, and communicate with supervisors, clients, and/or local responders regarding security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
