Create visual concepts that simplify and clarify technical and programmatic information for DOW and national security audiences.
Create branding and visual identity efforts, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet project goals.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept through production, while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Maintain and update design templates, style guides, and asset libraries to support organizational efficiency.
Ensure all graphics meet accessibility, formatting, and compliance requirements for government and corporate standards.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and refine visual materials as needed.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Experience preparing briefing packages, documentation, certificates, technical reports, and other visual materials.
Strong portfolio demonstrating data visualization, layout design, and brand development.
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.
