Key Tasks:

Serves as the Lead for the PC team effort, providing leadership, coordination, and oversight across multiple locations. Acts as the primary liaison to Sponsor program authorities on technical and project matters, ensuring alignment with mission objectives. Oversee team operations, directs the execution of contractual and technical activities, and regularly briefs PC leadership on program status, milestones, risks, and accomplishments. Maintains a thorough understanding of the PC mission and evolving requirements to ensure effective support and mission success. Provides regular status updates and feedback to the Jiminy Cricket Program Manager on all work performed in support of the PC mission

Required Skills:

· Possesses more than four years of hands-on project management experience leading complex technical and business initiatives, ensuring successful execution of scope, schedule, budget, and performance objectives.

· Develops decision-quality materials, including strategic papers, courses of action, options analyses, executive briefings, and recommendations that enable informed leadership decision-making.

· Tracks executive actions, monitors progress against strategic objectives and ensures timely completion of assigned tasks through effective coordination and accountability measures.

· Oversees portfolio and program performance by monitoring key metrics, identifying risks and opportunities, and implementing corrective actions to achieve mission and organizational goals.

· Supports resource planning and allocation activities, ensuring personnel, funding, and technical resources are aligned with program priorities and operational requirements.

· Contributes to acquisition and procurement strategies by evaluating requirements, supporting vendor engagements, and assisting with contract planning and execution activities.

· Applies knowledge of vendor management principles and enterprise licensing concepts to optimize resource utilization, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

· Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, government leadership, and industry partners to align program objectives, acquisition strategies, and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Desired Skills:

· Experience translating mission priorities and strategic objectives into actionable IT roadmaps, technology investment plans, and measurable performance outcomes.

· Experience developing and implementing technology strategies that align enterprise capabilities, resources, and initiatives with organizational mission requirements.

· Knowledge of AI architecture patterns, including model hosting, vector search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), data pipelines, API integration, and workflow orchestration.

· Experience supporting the design, integration, and adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and mission effectiveness.

· Experience briefing senior executives and leadership teams on strategic initiatives, program performance, risks, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.

· Proven ability to drive cross-team collaboration and delivery by coordinating stakeholders, aligning priorities, and ensuring successful execution of complex technical initiatives.

· Experience facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve consensus, resolve issues, and advance organizational objectives.

Required Education / Certifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field with 8 or more years of experience.

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 128,000 to 270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
