NCSC/MCD Team Lead

Key Tasks:
The NCSC/MCD Team Lead is the lead manager and administrator for the team, directing personnel and contractor activities across multiple locations while acting as the primary interface with Sponsor program authorities and representatives on technical and project matters. The Team Lead is responsible for regularly briefing leadership on program status, milestones, and key activities, overseeing contractor personnel and project operations through the development of procedures and the planning and execution of contractual, technical, multidisciplinary engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative support efforts.
Required Skills:
· Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience managing enterprise IT Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support and system enhancement projects.
· Demonstrated experience developing decision-quality products, including Strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings, executive action tracking and follow-up
· Proven experience overseeing or guiding: portfolio and program performance, resource planning and allocation, acquisition and procurement strategies, vendor management activities, and enterprise licensing and software asset management concepts
Desired Skills:
· Experience translating mission priorities into actionable IT roadmaps, strategic investment plans, and measurable performance outcomes
· Knowledge of applying technology and investment strategies to support counterintelligence and security missions.
· Ability to align mission objectives with enterprise IT capabilities and organizational priorities.
Required Education / Certifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field with 8 or more years of experience.
The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 128,000 to 270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
