Job Description

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent + 4 years' related experience

Skills required but are not limited to:

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience with the following:

Experience with a Minimum of 2 programming languages (python preferred)

Has experience utilizing AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, Chatgpt, etc.)

Has experience using Power BI for reporting

Proficiency in M365 tools

App administration monitoring, updating, etc of app systems

Dashboarding and automation experience

• Experience configuring or administering WebEOC (or equivalent) and building low code automations or BI dashboards in an enterprise or Government tenant

• Required to be on-call 24 hours/7 days a week. Must be able to respond to mission alerts within 15 minutes with a recall of 90 minutes to report to designated location. Must carry a cell phone at all times.

• Must have the ability to handle requests from multiple groups/organizations.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and scope with occasional periods of stress when dealing with critical situations.

• Possesses excellent English language skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Demonstrates strong customer relations capabilities to achieve customer satisfaction with SNS services.

• Experience working in a call center environment where teamwork was an essential element of service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications
