PeopleSoft Technical Consultant

Location: Ottawa, ON

Duration: 12 Months

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker Architecture, including configuration, development, and troubleshooting.
• Extensive technical experience supporting and enhancing PeopleSoft North American Payroll modules.
• Expertise in Application Messaging, Integration Gateway, and PeopleSoft integration frameworks.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting integrations using SOAP and REST Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of middleware and enterprise application integration concepts.
• Experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including:
  • OCI Fundamentals
  • OCI Networking
  • Compute Instances
  • OCI Security and Identity Management
• Ability to analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy PeopleSoft technical solutions and integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting integration issues and supporting production environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies and change management processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and cloud migration initiatives.
• Knowledge of PeopleTools, Application Engine, SQR, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker administration.
• Experience working in large enterprise or government environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices within PeopleSoft ecosystems.

Security Requirement

• Must possess or be eligible to obtain Canada Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle Cloud migration projects involving PeopleSoft applications.
• Exposure to additional Oracle Cloud services and platform administration.
• Previous experience supporting Payroll integrations with third-party systems.
