Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Managing the lifecycle of official documents, command instructions, memorandums, and technical publications in producing products, providing engineering and logistics services, and overall depot services;
2) Using an automated document control system to manage directives (Instructions and Notices) and forms, non-technical procedural documents, technical procedural documents, and Software management control systems; and
3) Utilizing needed discretion and judgement in addition to the analytical ability to understand a substantial body of administrative or program principles, concepts, policies, and objectives.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
Possession of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to this position being filled.
OR
A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience

- You will manage the lifecycle of official documents, command instructions, memorandums, and technical publications FRCSW uses in producing products and provide engineering, logistics, and overall depot services to Navy fleet and non-navy customers.
- You will serve as a technical authority and a FRCSW's principal representative on all matters concerning access to and the release of Personally Identifiable Information under the Privacy Act Program.
- You will provide a variety of management and administrative services designed to ensure compliance with Department of the Navy (DON), and Department of Defense (DOD) requirements.
- You will ensure that current information management requirements regarding electronic record keeping, archiving, and other applicable areas are followed.
- You will coordinate with FRCSW web team for any updates regarding Forms, Tags, Instructions and key personnel listing.
- You will be responsible for assisting in carrying out EEO policies and communicating support of these policies.
- You will manage the Official Bulletin Boards for regulatory compliance and make recommendations on appropriateness of material, space utilization, numbers of official bulletin boards, etc.
