Program Overview
The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.
Task 5 - Training Support - ensures ARNG personnel and G6 organizational staff maintain the knowledge and proficiency required to effectively operate and utilize enterprise IT systems, products, and services delivered under the ENOCS Task Order ENOCS TOR_2_25....968788.pdf. This task area is responsible for enterprise training capability development and delivery, daily training environment operations, student account management, and the development of instructional media and training videos aligned with product releases and system updates across the ARNG enterprise.
Position Summary
ECS is seeking a Training Documentation Specialist - Junior to support the Army National Guard ENOCS program in Washington DC. The selected candidate will contribute to the mission by preparing, formatting, and maintaining essential training documentation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all training materials, such as user guides and instructional references, are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible within the enterprise training repository. The candidate will work closely with the team to implement system changes and maintain version control, ensuring alignment with established documentation standards.

- Prepare and format training documentation, including user guides and job aids.
- Assist with updating documents following system changes and maintain version tracking.
- Ensure documentation artifacts are stored and accessible within the enterprise repository.
- Support the maintenance of lesson materials and instructional references.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure documentation aligns with enterprise standards.
- Monitor and enforce documentation control procedures.
- Facilitate the accessibility and accuracy of documentation artifacts.
- Organize and manage documentation within approved repositories.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in documentation efforts within DoD or Federal environments.
- Experience in preparing and maintaining training documentation.
- Ability to support document updates and maintain version control.
- Proven skills in organizing and storing documentation artifacts.
- Familiarity with enterprise documentation standards and control procedures.

- Clearance: Active Secret preferred
- Experience with DoD or Army National Guard documentation processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
