Job Description

As a Security Officer Dispatch with Active Clearance in King Of Prussia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will coordinate communications, monitor systems, document activity, and guide timely response to security-related needs. In this role, you will deliver strong customer service, stay engaged with daily operations, and work with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $28.58 / Hour

Day Time Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor communications, receive and document calls, and dispatch officers and/or appropriate personnel to incidents, service requests, and priority situations in a timely manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining clear communication with site personnel, supervisors, and/or emergency responders.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, activity records, and other dispatch documentation to support daily operations at a highly regulated location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, with working environments and conditions varying by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
