Job Description
The contractor has recently secured an award that will ensure the safe welfare of vulnerable populations. The Program Support Analyst (PSA) supports program management and operations by supporting a wide variety of program functions, e.g., operations management, workforce management, program management, and quality management. This role focuses on identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across program functions, and support activities, while providing actionable insights and administrative support to program leadership. The PSA will report directly to the Delta Point Program Manager.

Essential Duties:
The Program Support Analyst will be responsible for the following primary functions:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret program data related to performance, cost, schedule, and resource utilization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics used by program leadership to monitor program performance.
- Analyze program processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and workflow diagrams.
- Assist with program planning activities, including workload forecasting and resource planning.
- Track actions, milestones, and deliverables across program initiatives.
- Prepare clear, concise briefings and written analyses for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal corporate operations (teams) such as finance and accounting, human resources, IT, and Security to realize program goals.
- Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned.

- Minimal travel, if any, depending on organizational needs.
Requirements
The selected candidate will possess the following experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an operations, analysis, business, or program support role.
- Analyzing and maintain data within spreadsheets, databases, reporting tools, and open-source AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Co-Pilot, Claude, etc) to track performance metrics and support data-driven decision making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Supporting government, professional services, or project-based organizations.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Developing reports or dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Conditions of Employment:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident with proper authorization to work in the United States (Form I-551) - see Appendix Section
- Successful completion of a pre-employment screening (Citizenship Check, employment authorization check, Criminal Background Check, Credit / Financial Check, Education Verification, and Employment References Check).
- DHS Background Investigation (e-APP, Fingerprinting and Public Trust Investigation) and Continuous Vetting (Under Trusted Workforce 2.0)
Appendix - Citizenship / LPR Detailed Requirements:
To ensure adequate background investigative coverage, contractor applicants/employees must / are required to:
- Currently reside in the United States or its Territories, and
- Have resided within the United States or its Territories for three or more years out of the last five.
- Note: This timeline is assessed based on the signature date of the standard form questionnaire submitted for the applied position.
Contractor employees falling under the following situations may be exempt from the residency requirement:
- Work or worked for the U.S. Government in foreign countries in federal civilian or military capacities, OR
- Were or are dependents accompanying a federal civilian or a military employee serving in foreign countries so long as they were or are authorized by the U.S. Government to accompany their federal civilian or military sponsor in the foreign location, OR
- Worked as a contractor employee, volunteer, consultant or intern on behalf of the federal government overseas, where stateside coverage can be obtained to complete the background investigation, OR
- Studied abroad at a U.S. affiliated college or university, OR
- Have a current and adequate background investigation (commensurate with the position risk/sensitivity levels) completed for a federal or contractor employee position, barring any break in federal employment or federal sponsorship.
