Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00

Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazing Advanced System Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to Support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Architecture Validation team as an Advanced System Engineer.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead a team of architecture analysts, assigning analysis tasks and reviewing preliminary results prior to delivery to customer
- Assess MD threats, capability gaps, challenges, needs and opportunities, and develop potential system mitigations and capability evolutions at the architecture level
- Support modeling & simulation efforts related to the above, including analysis efforts on DoD High Performance Computing (HPC)
- Develop analysis plans, run M&S to execute the analysis plan, perform analysis on the results, prepare analysis reports, and providing reviews of analysis products.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Master's Degree in STEM Field with 12+ years experience
- Active Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
- Experience with MATLAB
- Deep understanding of the current MDS architecture
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- MATLAB Coding
- Experience with application of modeling & simulation to defense architectures, HPC experience, MBSE experience
- Experience with BMD Benchmark
