Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented C3BM Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to work with our Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts which includes engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs.

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00

Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented C3BM Systems Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to work with our Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts which includes engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors, and MDS Elements.
- Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals.
- Support critical integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/BC spiral builds through interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definitions.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Master's Degree in STEM field and 12+ years of experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- Knowledge of LRDR and TPY-2 (FBM) interoperability
- Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes
- Apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
- Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts
