Description:The F-35 Mods & Upgrades Program Management Office is seeking an experienced Program Manager responsible for the Mods & Upgrades Customer Interface Management role.
The selected candidate shall be responsible for managing customer-centric portfolios of requirements & capabilities, Mod Program performance to deliver IOC, FOC, & other deployment events.
This position is a focal point for the JPO supporting each F-35 customer's specific requirements for modifications and upgrade planning and fleet readiness. In this position, the selected candidate will interface with multiple LM functions inside of the F-35 program to ensure customer aircraft modification requirements are fulfilled and support various program reviews.
This role may also periodically be assigned special projects within the Mods and Upgrades Program Office. Task assignments will arise from various sources, and the output from the projects worked by this individual will often include coordination with, and out briefs for,Customers & LM leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university
Experience with either Program Management, Project Management, or Subcontract Management
Experience with internal and external Customer engagement.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of F-35 systems and components
Knowledge of sustainment operations and processes
Knowledge of F-35 Marking and Export requirements
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
