This position is subject to an initial drug screening, and random testing thereafter. A negative drug test result must be received by HR within 30 calendar days after the EOD (i.e., start date). As a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST at the GS-0343-13 some of your typical work assignments may include:
- Coordinating with other outside organizations to include those outside of the joint staff to coordinate and appropriately oversee and manage staff actions to completion.
- Assigns suspense, tracks status, and coordinates actions to completion with senior military and civilian stakeholders at echelon to provide deliverables and critical updates and detailed reports.
- Coordinates and tracks all Executive Office correspondence and staff actions.
- Tasks action offices for response information.
- Establishes metrics for the submission and flow of staff actions through the RAMO MILSEC and J-8 Directorate; formulates metrics based on analytical ability and capacity of staff action Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) and Office of Collateral Responsibility (OCR).
- Responsible for the security program analysis portfolio, ensuring processes are efficient and are in compliance and information, facilities and personnel are updated and changed as necessary to make improvements.

- Expert knowledge of overarching and governing regulatory guidance not limited to but including CJCSI 5711.01E and JS Guide 5711.
- Developing security prorgrams to ensure compliance with physical, personnel, and information assurance/security regulations, and industrial security.
- Knowledge of Personnel Security (PERSEC), Physical Security (PHYSEC), Information Security (INFOSEC), Insider Threat and Operational Security (OPSEC) to implement and monitor physical security and oversee the Top Secret security management.
