Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing technical support and comprehensive energy management services; 2) Providing guidance in developing, executing, and managing energy programs; 3) Researching and acquiring energy consumption data to complete assigned projects; 4) Performing detailed energy audits, analyzing utility data from systems like DUERS and CIRCUITS, and monitoring usage patterns to identify savings opportunities; 5) Developing and executing targeted facility energy projects by leveraging a strong background in HVAC system operations and energy auditing. Conducting LCCA and coordinated directly with PWD staff to ensure all project development, commissioning, and system optimization efforts met both technical requirements and NAVFAC standards for achieving government energy reduction objectives.

- You will prepare projects to reduce energy, solid waste, water and/or sewer costs.
- You will perform energy reporting and auditing.
- You will perform technical oversight of utilities infrastructure to include conceptual plans for expansion of new capabilities and maintenance of existing capabilities.
- You will perform technical inspections, studies and audits of existing infrastructure to facilitate maintenance and service expansion
