Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing, testing, repairing, and certifying sophisticated radar, navigation, and communication systems in complex Air Traffic Control (ATC) environments; 2) Diagnosing equipment malfunctions utilizing advanced test equipment and schematics; 3) Performing preventive maintenance and meticulously documenting all maintenance actions in accordance with FAA and Navy standards; and 4) Developing training materials, conducting on-the-job training, and managing technical publications to ensure operational readiness and safety. - You will ensure optimum equipment availability for continuous airfield operations.
- You will provide technical guidance and complete a full range of preventative and corrective maintenance on assigned systems.
- You will collaborate with other system electronic technicians to offer technical expertise on additional systems.
