  • Strong proficiency in Python, R, and associated data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch) as well as SQL/NoSQL tools and workflows.
  • Experience with designing and maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes, and reproducible model validation frameworks.
  • Demonstrated understanding of statistical methods, mathematical reasoning, and model performance evaluation.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, cloud-based analytics, and operational data systems in government/DoD settings.
  • Experience with operations research methodologies or conducting mission-related analytical trade studies.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to effectively deliver insights to diverse audiences, including technical teams, leadership, and government stakeholders.
  • Experience working within DoD/Navy environments and with strict security and data-governance constraints.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with DoD/Navy mission-related analytics in areas such as electronic warfare (EW), tactical operations, or advanced systems assessments.
  • Experience building operational dashboards, conducting trade studies, or implementing mission-focused data analytics solutions.
