Bogart Associates has immediate openings for funded Technical Targeters. Our work is mission focused and supports a variety of intelligence agencies with assisting in directing multiple technology-focused initiatives. The candidate will utilize all-sources and Intelligence Community databases to develop a combined approach to targeting technology information in support of Customer requirements. These openings support customers in the Washington Metropolitan area and are focused on the HUMINT side of Intelligence Community (IC) and vary in experience level.


General Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeting activities with an emphasis on technology
  
• Utilize Sponsor tools and methodologies to identify and assess available data
  
• Distill complex data and relationships into succinct and effective language/reports
  
• Use targeting and enterprise data analytic tools for technical analysis and targeting 
  
• Conduct analysis to develop relevant plans
  
• Identify and recommend approaches to advance priorities
  
• Use knowledge of customer tools and capabilities to advance objectives
  
• Apply relevant regulations and policy directives to projects
  
• Research and analyze related information
  
• Provide analytic support to coordinate, document, and monitor progress and make recommendations to move projects forward
  
• Provide written documentation and written evaluation and reports on projects and related technologies
  

Requirements:

• Level 1: requires 1 year of direct customer experience and a Bachelor’s degree
  
• Level 2: requires 3 years of direct customer experience and a Bachelor’s degree
  
• Level 3: requires 7 years of direct customer experience and a Bachelor’s degree
  
• Level 4: requires 12 years of direct customer experience and a Bachelor’s degree
  
• Level 5: requires 20 years of direct customer experience and a Bachelor’s degree
  

*5 years of additional direct customer experience may be substituted for a degree*
