Job Description
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst - Program and Logistics to join an industry leading government technology organization. The Business Analyst - Program and Logistics will support procurement, logistics, and operational initiatives by coordinating purchasing activities, managing vendor relationships, tracking assets, and supporting program execution. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance.
Responsibilities for the Business Analyst - Program and Logistics Include:
• Support procurement workflows including purchase request creation, order tracking, vendor coordination, and delivery management.
• Facilitate communication between program teams, procurement personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure operational requirements are met.
• Monitor and maintain lifecycle management and asset tracking systems to support inventory visibility and accountability.
• Track procurement actions, deliveries, and logistics activities while ensuring compliance with program requirements and timelines.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation utilizing tools such as Confluence, Grafana, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Excel.
• Analyze program and logistics data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support subcontract establishment activities and vendor onboarding processes as required.
Qualifications for the Business Analyst - Program and Logistics Include:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field required
• 3+ years of experience supporting procurement, logistics, supply chain, operations, or program management activities.
• Experience with procurement workflows, purchase request creation, vendor coordination, and purchasing processes.
• Familiarity with lifecycle management, asset tracking systems, inventory management, or logistics operations.
• Hands-on experience utilizing Confluence, Grafana, ServiceNow, Microsoft Excel, and related reporting or documentation tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience supporting federal programs, task orders, or government contracts preferred.
• Knowledge of subcontract establishment processes preferred.
Compensation for the Business Analyst - Program and Logistics includes:
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually depending on experience
