Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ CI Polygraph to be considered (Springfield Customer).
We are looking for a cleared AWS Microservices Engineer to build secure, ECS-based Python applications and deploy highly observable geospatial data architectures using CDK across IC environments.
Summary:
• Build and maintain Python microservices for geospatial data processing.
• Develop and deploy AWS cloud architectures with IaC and Continuous Integration pipelines.
• Implement observability across services.
• Utilize Python, AWS, Docker, OpenSearch, and DevOps.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 7+ years
• Total Compensation: $365k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Build and maintain ECS-based Python microservices that process and serve geospatial data via loosely coupled AWS architectures with OpenSearch and Docker/Fargate.
• Develop and deploy AWS cloud architectures through CDK IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and cross-fabric deployments with NIST compliance, ATO security, and mTLS networking.
• Implement observability across services including CloudWatch dashboards, synthetics canaries, telemetry tracing, and alerting.
