Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Conduct in-depth malware analysis to determine the behavior and capabilities of malicious software.
• Perform advanced reverse engineering of binaries to uncover intricate functionality and design.
• Identify critical Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) to aid in threat intelligence.
• Assist in the development and implementation of effective detection and mitigation strategies against cyber threats.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 11+ years
Salary: $254k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Execute comprehensive static and dynamic malware analysis on suspicious files and artifacts.
• Apply advanced reverse engineering techniques to analyze complex malicious binaries and executables.
• Document malware functionality, persistence mechanisms, network communication, and evasion techniques.
• Develop and disseminate high-fidelity Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) for proactive defensive measures.
• Collaborate with security operations teams to enhance threat detection rules and incident response playbooks.
• Utilize specialized tools and methodologies for forensic analysis and threat intelligence gathering.
• Stay current with the evolving threat landscape, adversary Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
• Key Skills: Malware Analysis, Reverse Engineering (Software)
