Summary:
• Design, integrate, and sustain enterprise dataflow architectures.
• Manage Linux and Hadoop infrastructures.
• Engineer dataflow solutions using NiFi.
• Lead DevOps and Agile/Scrum initiatives, including requirements management.
• Requires extensive systems engineering experience.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 20+ years
• Total Compensation: $318k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Lead the design, integration, and sustainment of complex enterprise dataflow architectures supporting mission-critical analytics.
• Manage and optimize high-availability Linux and Cloudera Hadoop cloud infrastructures.
• Engineer and maintain end-to-end dataflow solutions using technologies such as Niagarafiles (NiFi) and XKS.
• Develop and implement monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation strategies.
• Provide technical leadership for DevOps and Agile/Scrum initiatives, including task prioritization and requirements management.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, classification, and data handling requirements.
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, analytics, and stakeholder organizations to deploy new capabilities.
• Key skills include Dataflow, Linux, Hadoop, DevOps, NiFi, Systems Engineering, Agile/Scrum, and Requirements Analysis.
