Job Description
Integrity ISR is seeking a qualified Cyber Curriculum Developer to integrate with and support the existing STARCOM curriculum development teams to augment and enhance training materials, ensuring all deliverables are fully synchronized with CYBERCOM 2.0 Joint Qualification Requirements (JQRs) and established 1000-level course goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the existing STARCOM curriculum development teams to refine, synchronize, and field the initial comprehensive training curriculum and assessment framework, ensuring full alignment with USCYBERCOM Work Role Standards and CYBERCOM 2.0 Joint Qualification Requirements (JQRs)
- Deliverables include:
- Course Outline
- Course Resource Estimate (CRE)
- Plan of Instruction (POI)
- Lesson Plans
- Instructor Slide Decks with Notes Pages
- Student Assessments (evaluation material, checklists, and tests)
- Supporting documentation including analysis and rationale for curriculum decisions
- TLAW and POI formats
- Leverage practitioner-level expertise in modern cyber toolsets, defensive postures, and adversarial methodologies to deliver specialized training content.
- Accelerate the readiness of COF teams by delivering training and assessments in rigorous alignment with USCYBERCOM Work Role Standards.
- Create a flexible and scalable training and assessment program that can adapt to the evolving cyber landscape and changing Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
- Ensure all training and assessment efforts seamlessly integrate with STARCOM's overarching curriculum development process for both officer and enlisted personnel.
- Other duties as directed
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in offensive/defensive cyber operations (including cyber range operations), with demonstrated experience in scenario creation, adversary emulation, or technical assessment design.
Required Education/Certification
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN)
- or Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
- or CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+)
Desired Qualifications
- University bachelor's degree in science or management.
- 3+ years formal instruction or curriculum/lesson development
- Familiarity with USSF/USAF training standards and instructional design
