Job Description
Integrity ISR, LLC is currently seeking a Space Fundamentals Instructor to join our team. We are dedicated to supporting the training of Guardians in the US Space Force by developing and teaching an innovative Space Fundamentals course. As an instructor and course developer, you will play a crucial role in creating and delivering dynamic instructional material, with an emphasis on critical thinking and active learning strategies. We are looking for individuals with recent experience in operations for the US Space Force who excel in learner-centric environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver instruction on Space Fundamentals & Systems
- Provide instruction on Space Threats
- Prepare classrooms and students for effective learning experiences
- Offer guidance, mentorship, and leadership to assigned students
- Foster an active learning environment through guided discussions and assessment of student assignments
- Evaluate student mastery of learning objectives
- Collect and analyze student performance data and submit course completion reports
- Collaborate with a team to develop and revise curriculum
- Other duties as directed
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience, with recent experience (within the last 2 years) in Space Operations or Space Intel Operations
Required Education/Certification
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- University bachelor's degree in science or management.
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years formal instruction or curriculum/lesson development
- Familiarity with USSF/USAF training standards and instructional design
