With major operations across the United States and internationally, the company is known for mission-critical innovation in defense systems, advanced electronics, and integrated solutions.

JOB DESCRIPTION
You'll play a critical role in developing comprehensive test solutions for complex subsystems and integrated systems. Working within a collaborative engineering environment, you'll synthesize customer requirements into practical test strategies that balance technical excellence, schedule, and cost constraints. Your work directly impacts how sophisticated RF, analog, digital, electronic warfare, and electro-optics systems are validated before deployment.
This position offers variety and cross-functional exposure—you'll support multiple technology domains while building relationships with hardware, software, and systems engineering teams. Your leadership of test program development and technical problem-solving will be essential to delivering tailored solutions that meet critical customer missions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan, implement, and document integrated test solutions for subsystems and complete systems.
• Lead a team of Test Program Set (TPS) developers and coordinate test activities across programs and organizations.
• Develop test programs written in PAWS ATLAS or NI TestStand/LabWindows CVI for LM-STAR, LM-CORE, and eCASS platforms.
• Analyze test results and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports that verify and validate system performance.
• Define functional and technical specifications, resolve hardware/software interface issues, and establish testability standards.
• Write discrepancy reports and execute integration regression testing to verify fixes across software, components, and subsystems.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in integration and testing of electronics, subsystems, or complex systems
• Electronic assembly and electrical testing—demonstrated expertise in lab environments
• Hardware/software integration—proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve interface problems
• Software design and development knowledge—working understanding of how software interacts with hardware
• Test equipment proficiency—comfortable using standard electronics lab instruments (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.)
• Systems analysis and design—ability to define specifications and evaluate system performance
• Software testing and fault insertion experience—hands-on work with test automation and validation
• Leadership capability—experience managing technical teams or mentoring peers
• Strong communication skills—ability to document findings and coordinate across functions
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

NICE-TO-HAVES
• Hands-on experience with PAWS ATLAS, NI TestStand, or LabWindows CVI
• Familiarity with RF, analog, digital, or electronic warfare test methodologies
• Experience with military or aerospace-grade testing protocols
• Exposure to requirements development or system specification processes
• Project leadership or program coordination experience

PAY & BENEFITS SUMMARY
• Competitive hourly rate: Up to $80/hr (non-overtime)

REQUIREMENTS TO MOVE FORWARD
• Ability to obtain a security clearance if the role converts to full-time
• Valid background check, drug screening, and US citizenship/person verification at offer acceptance
• Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Disclosure compliance
