Job Description
Candidates must already possess an active Secret clearance to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead systems test engineering efforts.
• Drive full life cycle development, including hardware and software integration.
• Perform requirements analysis and architecture design.
• Manage comprehensive test planning, test case development, test execution, and defect management.
• Provide technical team leadership and program management.
• Utilize industry-standard tools such as DOORS, JIRA, and Microsoft Project.

• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 5+ years
• Total Compensation: $244k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Lead the design, development, and execution of tests for hardware, software, and system products.
• Create detailed test plans, strategies, and procedures.
• Develop specific test cases and scripts for various test types (functional, performance, security).
• Execute tests, monitor development and production processes, and manage controlled testing environments.
• Identify, document, report, and track software/hardware and product defects.
• Collaborate with development teams, process engineers, and management to ensure quality standards.
• Analyze test results, document findings, and present test engineering work products to internal and external stakeholders.
• Interact daily with technical leads, program managers, planners, technicians, and other engineers.
• Drive tasks to completion independently and foster collaboration within the team and across departments.
• Provide tasking and mentorship to junior systems engineering team members.
• Support hardware and/or software integration, requirements derivation and allocation, and architecture design.
• Execute test engineering tasks including requirements analysis, design review support, formal validation planning, test, verification, risk management, and engineering analysis.
• Prepare and present test engineering work products such as test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Serve as a technical resource within the department and organization.
• Build strong relationships with customers and multidisciplinary teams.
