Job Description
Candidates must already possess an active Secret clearance to be considered.
Summary:
• Support simulation and training engineering development projects.
• Perform requirements analysis, software architecture design, systems integration, and software testing.
• Manage full-life cycle software development activities and subcontractor performance.
• Utilize tools such as DOORS, JIRA, and Microsoft Project.
• Requires strong communications and technical writing skills.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 2+ years
• Total Compensation: $235k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Support full-life cycle engineering design and development activities for simulation and training programs.
• Perform requirements analysis, systems modeling, trade studies, and architecture design.
• Conduct systems integration, new product integration, and system testing.
• Manage requirements derivation and allocation, integration planning, test, and verification.
• Generate subcontract statements of work and oversee subcontractor performance.
• Prepare and present engineering work products to internal teams and at program milestone reviews.
• Utilize tools such as DOORS, JIRA, and Microsoft Project.
• Possess strong communication, technical writing, and presentation skills.
• Experience in a DoD environment and model-based systems engineering is preferred.
• Active Secret Clearance preferred; Secret eligibility required.
• Travel up to 15% may be required.
