Responsibilities for the Army Business Development Manager include:

- Experience with key contract vehicles and platforms (e.g., ITES, OASIS, MAS, SeaPort)
- Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and communication skills with a proven track record of wins
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Active Secret Security Clearance (required)
Compensation for the Army Business Development Manager include:
- Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000, depending on experience
- Additional commission tied to Total Contract Value (TCV) of awarded work
