Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Radar Systems Engineer to support a company focused on advanced Sensors, Effectors & Mission Systems (SEMS) and Mission Integrated Command and Control (MIC2), delivering cutting-edge radar, electronic warfare, and AI-enabled defense technologies. This position is on-site at Moorestown, NJ; Camden, NJ; or Syracuse, NY. The Radar Systems Engineer will support the architecture, design, and performance analysis of high-performance AESA radar systems, contributing to mission-critical national defense initiatives. Responsibilities for the Radar Systems Engineer include:

- 5+ years of experience (Level 3) in radar or defense systems engineering
- Proficiency in C++, MATLAB, and Python; strong experience with MATLAB/Simulink modeling and performance analysis
- Experience with radar signal processing, AESA systems, beamforming, and MBSE tools (DOORS, SysML, trade studies)
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- Active Secret Clearance required
Compensation for the Radar Systems Engineer include:
- Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 depending on experience and education
- Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick leave as required by law
