Create or update documentation required to support each initiative, including future O&M plans and supporting RMF artifacts.
Lead transition of approximately 15–20 projects per year from the JSP Engineering team to Platform Services Operational teams, including participating in design phases, coordinating internal acceptance, and identifying transition risks.
Coordinate Platform Service project tasks for early lifecycle backups, monitoring, and patching; provide design and transition feedback to the JSP Transition team within 5 business days.
Within 15 calendar days of a project transition, update internal SOPs, Work Instructions, and CMDB records to reflect the transitioned project.
Maintain situational awareness of project lifecycles and provide Platform Services feedback on project scope changes in weekly status updates.

Experience leading cross-functional teams across compute, storage, virtualization, applications, cyber, and operations disciplines.
