Job Description
Everforth ECS is seeking a highly qualified Systems Analyst to support the J2 Systems Analysis Branch. The Systems Analyst will conduct in-depth analysis of adversarial Unmanned Systems (UXS) capabilities, operational employment, supporting infrastructure, and associated tactics, techniques, and procedures.
The selected candidate will assess how adversary UXS platforms and supporting systems operate within real-world environments, including platform performance, operator requirements, sustainment factors, communications dependencies, tactical employment, system vulnerabilities, and operational limitations. This role directly supports threat assessments, operational planning, targeting activities, red team analysis, countermeasure development, capability evaluations, and future threat forecasting.
The ideal candidate will bring prior experience supporting Special Mission Unit (SMU), Special Operations Forces (SOF), joint special operations, or similarly sensitive operational environments, with the ability to translate complex technical and operational information into actionable assessments for mission planners, intelligence professionals, and operational decision-makers.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Analyze adversarial UXS capabilities, operational employment, supporting infrastructure, and associated operational methodologies.
Conduct analytic assessments of adversary UXS systems within operational environments, including:
Integrate multiple sources of information, including operational reporting, technical exploitation findings, intelligence reporting, network analysis, and external research, to assess adversarial UXS capabilities and operational ecosystems.
Assess adversary UXS kill chains, operational constraints, communications dependencies, infrastructure requirements, and opportunities for disruption, denial, degradation, or exploitation.
Identify operational signatures, tactical trends, system dependencies, environmental constraints, and evolving adversary UXS employment methodologies.
Provide analytic support to threat assessments, operational planning, targeting support, red team analysis, countermeasure development, and capability evaluations related to adversarial UXS systems and supporting technologies.
Support future threat assessments by identifying emerging trends, technologies, operational adaptations, and potential adversary capability developments.
Coordinate with intelligence analysts, technical exploitation personnel, operational planners, engineers, Special Operations personnel, and external mission partners to develop an integrated understanding of adversarial UXS ecosystems and operational threat activity.
Support mission-focused analysis for sensitive operational environments, including Special Mission Unit, SOF, or joint operational planning efforts, as required.
Prepare and present analytic findings, assessments, briefings, and written products for technical and non-technical audiences.
Support cross-functional collaboration across intelligence, operations, engineering, exploitation, and planning communities.
Required Skills
Prior experience supporting a J2, joint task force, combatant command, intelligence community, Special Operations Command, or Department of Defense mission environment.
Direct operational or analytic experience supporting Special Mission Unit activities, SOF targeting, sensitive activities, compartmented operations, or operational planning teams.
Experience with adversarial UAS, UXS, counter-UAS, robotics, autonomous systems, electronic warfare, signals analysis, or technical exploitation.
Familiarity with network analysis, link analysis, geospatial analysis, targeting support, or operational pattern-of-life analysis.
Experience assessing adversary communications architectures, command-and-control methods, sustainment networks, operator workflows, or system vulnerabilities.
Knowledge of foreign UXS platforms, payloads, sensors, communications links, navigation methods, and employment tactics.
Experience working with all-source intelligence, technical intelligence, exploitation reporting, or operational reporting.
Familiarity with analytic tools, intelligence databases, visualization platforms, or technical research environments.
Experience supporting red team activities, capability gap analysis, countermeasure evaluation, or future threat assessments.
