The analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and integrating intelligence related to adversarial Unmanned Systems, or UXS, activities, operational employment, tactics, capabilities, networks, and emerging threats. This position supports operational intelligence activities by synthesizing information from multiple intelligence disciplines, mission partners, technical sources, and operational reporting to maintain situational awareness of evolving global UXS threats.
The analyst will support senior leaders, Combatant Commands, Services, operational planners, and interagency partners by producing timely intelligence updates, analytic assessments, threat reporting, indications and warning products, intelligence summaries, and briefing materials. The role requires strong all-source analytic skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment, and the ability to coordinate across intelligence, operational, technical, and interagency stakeholders.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Serve as an All-Source Analyst supporting intelligence requirements focused on adversarial UXS threats.
Monitor, assess, and synthesize intelligence reporting from multiple disciplines and mission partners to maintain situational awareness of current and emerging UXS activities worldwide.
Analyze adversarial UXS operational employment, tactics, techniques, procedures, capabilities, technical characteristics, network activity, and emerging threat trends.
Integrate operational reporting, technical exploitation findings, systems analysis, network analysis, collection reporting, and partner-provided information to support current threat understanding and operational decision-making.
Assist in the development, coordination, and dissemination of intelligence products, including threat reports, operational updates, intelligence summaries, briefing materials, indications and warning products, and analytic assessments.
Support customer leadership, Combatant Commands, Services, operational planners, and interagency partners with timely and relevant intelligence analysis.
Respond to Requests for Information, or RFIs, and support time-sensitive intelligence requirements in coordination with analysts, operational personnel, technical experts, and external mission partners.
Identify intelligence gaps, collection shortfalls, emerging operational trends, evolving adversary tactics, and changes in UXS capabilities that may affect the command's ability to understand and counter adversarial UXS threats.
Coordinate directly with intelligence analysts, operational staff, technical subject matter experts, and mission partners to facilitate rapid intelligence sharing and mission support.
Support operational intelligence activities by providing analytic insight that informs planning, warning, targeting support, threat characterization, and senior leader decision-making.
Maintain awareness of global UXS-related developments, adversary innovation, battlefield employment trends, and relevant regional or transnational threat activity.
Prepare and deliver briefings to leadership, operational customers, and partner organizations as required.
