Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Conducting cyber inspections and internal audits to ensure continuous compliance with department standards; 2) Applying Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) and various other network defense tools to ensure holistic system and physical security compliance; 3) Utilizing Assured Compliance Assessment Solutions (ACAS) for vulnerability scanning and VRAM for asset management and remediation tracking; and 4) Maintaining systems that meet current and future requirements while continuously optimizing, extending, or enhancing existing architecture.
Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving:
1. Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: conducting cyber inspections and internal audits to ensure continuous compliance with department standards and prepare formal readiness assessments.
2. Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. IT-related experience demonstrating this competency include: communicating clearly and successfully creating new tickets, updating/closing existing tickets, and administering the database for helpdesk management software.

- You will support the Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to execute and administrate the DoN Cybersecurity Program.
- You will establish, implement, and execute procedures to support NETC operations in accordance with Federal, DoD, DoN, and NETC Cyber Security policies, guidelines, standards, and regulations.
- You will coordinate with and support the SCSTC Cybersecurity Workforce Program Manager (CSWF-PM) in researching and scheduling cyber-specific programmatic and technical training.
- You will monitor shared drives, manage collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and TEAMS, and perform maintenance of software for optimal efficiency and collaboration.
