1) Managing the full lifecycle of facility projects, from identifying deficiencies and developing repair alternatives to project execution including applying comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems to oversee sustainment, construction, and repair projects; 2) Overseeing facility budgets and contracts by utilizing knowledge of the government contracting process and various acquisition tool which involves managing multi-million-dollar budgets and ensuring contractor performance meets all technical, safety, and quality standards; 3) Leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders to accomplish organizational and mission goals.(NOTE: Your answer must be supported by information in your resume.)

This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) and requires additional training, experience and possibly education. - Selectee must have and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
