Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Clearance Required in Fullerton, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a professional environment through strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.84 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations, with awareness of varying environmental conditions common to an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site procedures, and report concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Support access control, incident reporting, and other security-related duties that help to deter unauthorized activity and/or disruptions to daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
