Responsibilities
The Systems Integrator/Executive Officer (EXO) provides direct support to senior customer leadership to support the customer's operations-centric cyber mission. The SI serves as a trusted advisor to the Front Office staff, responsible for managing the staff's check-in/check-out processes, space management and utilization across multiple locations, and assisting the Chief of Staff with special projects and initiatives. This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. The Systems Integrator/Executive Officer (EXO) provides direct support to senior customer leadership to support the customer's operations-centric cyber mission. The SI serves as a trusted advisor to the Front Office staff, responsible for managing the staff's check-in/check-out processes, space management and utilization across multiple locations, and assisting the Chief of Staff with special projects and initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide direct support and assistance to the Senior Leadership Team - including schedule management and deconfliction.
- Coordinate meetings and collect, prepare, and provide background and preparatory materials.
- Manage taskings and actions assigned to and by the Front Office to ensure complete, coordinated, and timely responses.
- Prepare and coordinate presentations and briefings on a wide range of topics for a variety of audiences.
- Manage space allocation and utilization across multiple locations.
- Manage personnel arrival and departure processes and procedures using ServiceNow, and other business process workflows, as necessary.
- Manage team travel including deconfliction of schedules, coordination with field personnel, and sending itinerary cables to the field.
- Provide support to the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistants, as required, for special projects and activities.
- Professional flexibility, especially the ability to execute multiple time-sensitve tasks concurrently.
Qualifications
- Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline.
- BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
- Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules.
- Ability to coordinate information flow between programs and organizational managers.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work with minimal direction.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated senior-level interpersonal effectiveness, political savvy, and communication skills to interact with all levels of the workforce - including developing artifacts tailored to the needs of the audience.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate and work cooperatively and collaboratively across contractual and organizational boundaries.
- Keen attention to detail, with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Previous Front Office and/or Systems Integration experience.
- Experience handling sensitive personnel and contractual information.
- Expert -level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to identify measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance relative to the system goals.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
- Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientists, and senior-level managers in the design, testing, and evaluation of systems.
- Experience with the Sponsor's cable application.
- Experience with Confluence.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
