TEKsystems is hiring 100% remote Service Desk Technicians to support a government customer/program

We are looking for 3+ years of IT experience
Experience working with ServiceNow ticketing system
Excellent customer service and phone support experience.
Must have a SEC+ certification
Must have a Secret Clearance

These roles can sit in any location- will be long term roles. Federal Holiday and 2 weeks PTO.
