Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) is seeking a Program Management Subcontract Manager for a position in Grand Prairie, TX to develop and lead a team of subcontract managers in support of the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) program.
What You Will Be Doing
We are seeking a skilled, highly motivated Program Management Subcontract Manager (SPM) to support the PrSM program. The PrSM program is a production program which requires an agile SPM to manage a team of SCMs responsible for Cost, Schedule, Technical performance of the suppliers in support of the PrSM program. This role will also include additional assignments to include Cost Account Manager (CAM), Supplier Affordability Management Leadership, Risk Management Leadership, and/or Proposal Management Leadership in support of all phases of the PrSM program. We are looking for a strong leader to join a great team and we drive to build a robust supply chain to support our program and our customer.

Basic Qualifications:
• Proven Subcontract / Program Management skills
• Significant Leadership Experience
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in an environment with numerous internal customers
• Problem solving skills and ability to interface with multiple levels of management both internally and externally
• Ability to recruit, train and develop subordinates
• Must have experience in in developing and executing business/subcontract management strategies
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship
Desired Skills:
• Strong experience with Risk and Opportunity management
• Demonstrated history of talent development
• Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin acquisition procedures
• Ability to think "outside the box" for innovative solutions to challenging programmatic issues and risks

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
