As a key contributor, you'll design, develop, integrate, and test advanced electronic systems, enabling innovative solutions for government customers. [Responsibilities]
- Develop and integrate cutting-edge RF and electronic system solutions for customers
- Lead and support system integration, test activities, and troubleshooting for hardware/software/firmware products
- Manage and analyze system requirements using industry-standard tools (IBM Rational DOORS/JAMA)
- Perform data analysis, modeling, and simulation to inform design and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate and communicate across multidisciplinary engineering teams and with customers
- Present technical work to internal and external stakeholders
- Drive process improvements within the Systems Engineering organization
- Travel up to 10% as needed for program assignments
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years relevant experience, or a graduate degree with 2+ years, or 8+ years of hands-on experience in lieu of a degree
- Active Secret security clearance
- Proficiency using commercial RF/EE test equipment (signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience generating and managing system/sub-system requirements
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and pursue professional development

- Expertise in requirements breakdown and evaluation for complex systems
- Data analysis, modeling, and simulation (MATLAB, Python)
- Experience with hardware environmental and EMI qualification testing
- Knowledge of signal processing, logic design, and computer architecture
- Background in aerospace/defense electronic systems (electronic warfare, radar, missile guidance/defense)
- System design experience for embedded architectures
- Familiarity with Digital Engineering, sysML/MBSE, and system simulation
- Understanding of cyber security best practices
