Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support DMSMS and obsolescence management programs.
• Gather and analyze engineering and supply chain data.
• Identify material shortages, obsolescence risks, and supportability issues.
• Assess impacts to program performance, sustainment, and readiness.
• Develop mitigation plans, recommendations, and resolution roadmaps.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and program teams.
• Support risk management and lifecycle planning activities.
• Maintain compliance with customer and industry requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience interpreting engineering and technical data.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DMSMS and obsolescence management.
• Aerospace or defense industry experience.
• Knowledge of military aircraft systems and modification programs.
• Experience with risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with aerospace regulatory and compliance requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience, Master's degree with 1+ year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
