Summary
The MIL Corporation is looking for Summer Technical Hire (Engineering Aide I) candidates to support one or more projects in new and innovative technical areas onsite at our Lexington Park, MD location.
Those filling these positions will work with practicing engineers to gain valuable experience in various technologies and/or project management skills. These positions run through the Summer 2026 break, with a possibility for continuance during the school year or school breaks.
This position currently requires an on-site schedule, with 5 days on-site. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

High School Diploma/GED and currently admitted to or enrolled in a STEM program at an accredited college or university.
Clearance

- Perform various engineering and technical support tasks.
- Review, update and maintain electronic documents.
- Potential work areas include engineering department, project management department, on-site government support, warehousing, production, and reception.

Required Qualifications
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in use of applicable tools based on major subject area (e.g. CAD, MATLAB, etc.)
