- You will Assist the Camp Smith Facilities Manager with the management and coordination of the maintenance and repair program for MCBH Leeward facilities.
- You will be responsible for management of maintenance service contracts and serving as the Camp Smith Facilities Department purchase card program coordinator.
- You will inspect, make recommendations, prepare scope of work, cost estimates, and take action to repair and maintain facilities and grounds.
- You will serve as the MCHB DOD E-Mall Purchase Coordinator and the Camp Smith Facilities Commercial Purchase Card Program Coordinator.
- You will participate in the Government or similar programs purchasing material and services using credit cards, SAIC, DOD E-MAILL, or any other appropriate means.
- You will review maintenance service contracts ie., grounds keeping, refuse, elevator, etc., plans and specifications for new contracts, contract renewal or modification of existing contracts.
- You will participate with NAVFAC HI Acquisition Team and other NAVFAC representatives to develop detailed service requirements and plan for the service acquisition.
- You will evaluate requests for contract modifications and determine feasibility or requests and whether they are in the govenmnets' best interest.

- successfully completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
- successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
- successfully completed an LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
- Have a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
