Cleared Mission Technology Professionals
Blu Omega is seeking Cleared Mission Technology Professionals to support mission-critical programs for federal customers. This role operates within a Defense, Intelligence, and other federal customers environment and is responsible for delivering mission-focused engineering, cybersecurity, and mission systems support across the DC Metro area.

Mission overview: Support mission-critical federal programs through cleared mission technology expertise
Key Details
Location: Washington, DC Metro (hybrid/onsite/remote varies by program)
Clearance: Active Secret, Top Secret (TS), or TS/SCI (polygraph may be required for some programs)
Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements and deliver solutions
- Support system design, implementation, integration, troubleshooting, and/or documentation
- Assist program execution through communication, status reporting, and risk/issue management
- Follow customer security and compliance policies applicable to the operating environment
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret, TS, or TS/SCI clearance
- Experience in at least one domain area listed below:
- RF Engineering / Communications Systems
- Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations / EW
- Command & Control (C2) / Mission Systems
- Cryptography Modernization / Post-Quantum Readiness
- Cybersecurity Policy / Governance (RMF / GRC)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
- DoD/IC program experience and/or mission-focused operational support experience
- Familiarity with frameworks and standards such as RMF, NIST 800-53, STIGs, and/or secure SDLC/DevSecOps
- Cloud/data platform experience (e.g., AWS/Azure), automation, scripting, or modern engineering toolchains
- Relevant certifications (examples): Security+, CISSP, CISM, CASP, PMP, ITIL, cloud certifications
Compensation
Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $190,000.00
Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.
