This position is subject to an initial drug screening, and random testing thereafter. A negative drug test result must be received by HR within 30 calendar days after the EOD (i.e., start date). - - Serve as the USTRANSCOM Operations Security (OPSEC) Program Manager (PM). Prepares, recommends, and manages execution of the command's OPSEC program. Develops long-range program plans, goals, objectives, and milestones to evaluate the effectiveness of the OPSEC program throughout USTRANSCOM's area of responsibility.

- This is a Mission Essential position performing a Mission Critical Function which must continue uninterrupted after the occurrence of an emergency and continued through full resumption of all functions.
- Special Sensitive: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
- This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Demand Reduction Program.

- Develop, direct and synchronize related OPSEC into operations, orders, and plans for Command level and subordinate units.
- Identifies and controls critical information, indicators of friendly force actions applicable to DoD military operations and global logistics movements, and incorporates countermeasures to reduce adversary exploitation of Command level sensitive information and vulnerabilities.
- Develop OPSEC countermeasures specific to command level operations.
- Provides intelligence integration via liaison activity ex. J2 information activities branch.
- Ensures annual OPSEC briefings and trainings to civilian and military employees at the Command level.
