(PED) Functional Scenario Developer

R&K provides project management and subject matter expertise support to the Air Operations Center (AOC) Command and Control Weapons System Part Task Trainer (C2WSPTT) Training Support Program. The task order also provides innovative techniques and expertise to develop customer specific air, space, and cyber "fly out" replication and scenario development in support of training and exercises. Primary training and exercise audience is intra and inter divisional-level training for the 5 AOC Divisions (Combat Operations, Combat Plans, Strategy, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division and Air Mobility Division). Location: Hurlburt Field, FL

Duration: Permanent/Full-Time

Clearance: Active Top Secret and NATO Secret

Start Date: Upon Approval

Duties: The successful candidate shall perform the following duties:

• Develop databases and ISRD/PED training software file stimuli for use in AOC MQT/CT to include PED Guidance and Tasking, PED architecture for Reconnaissance Surveillance Targeting Authority Annex, and ISR assessment products (daily).
• Provide understanding of PED functions and utilize metrics for ISR assessments (daily).

Requirements: The candidate shall meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years' military operational and training experience, two of which must be AOC experience.
• 4 years AOC PED Team with exposure to exercise planning and execution and AOC modeling and simulation tools.
• 4 years' experience with IBM PC hardware, Windows XP operating system Windows 7 operating systems, TBMCS, FALCON VIEW, Intel Office, JTT, COLISEUM, IWS, GCCS-I3 and C2WSPTT software.

Special Requirements:

• Must possess an active TS Security Clearance and NATO Secret
• Duties may require travel within the organizational geographic area of responsibility.
• Employees are subject to shift work, non-standard work schedules, on-call, extended days and weekend work.
• Some Travel (less than 25%)
