Job Description

Provide field support for electronic warfare, radar, and RF systems at military installations worldwide. Perform system upgrades, troubleshooting, maintenance, and engineering modifications while ensuring optimal system performance and mission readiness. Support customer operations through onsite technical expertise and timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy to CONUS and OCONUS customer locations to support system installation, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Analyze system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and RF-related issues.
• Implement engineering changes, modifications, and system enhancements.
• Operate and maintain RF and electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and multimeters.
• Document maintenance activities, troubleshooting efforts, and status updates.
• Coordinate with engineering and program teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support system testing, verification, and field acceptance activities.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of field technician experience, OR Associate's degree in a technical discipline with 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing radar, electronic warfare (EW), RF, or digital electronic systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools.
• Ability to travel up to 100% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher with 4+ years of customer-facing field support experience.
• Experience with JTE or CEESIM systems.
• Military training in Electronic Warfare (EW), Radar, or RF systems.
• Strong knowledge of radar, EW systems, and RF electronics diagnostics.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.

Education

• Associate's degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
