Responsibilities
Prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.
Basic Qualifications for Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst 3, Level 4 experience a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and experience developing/maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and project management principles.
Preferred Qualifications for Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst 3, Level 4 experience a plus
Previous experience working for an aerospace and defense company.
Experience with specialized tools, including Deltek Cobra and Deltek Acumen Risk. Expert-level MS Project skills and Excel Macro/VBA skills.
Experience with Resource Loaded Schedules (RLS), Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA)
Direct experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and familiarity with DCMA health metrics.
Active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret (TS) and/or Special Compartmented Information Access (SCI) is frequently required but not needed to start
