Description:This position will serve as a Security Sr. Manager in support of the F 35 Training and Logistics contract for the Training, Logistics & Simulation (TLS) line of business within RMS. The incumbent will provide senior level leadership to Lockheed Martin security managers and professionals supporting the F-35 program located at CONUS and OCONUS Marine Corps and Navy facilities.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Strategic Direction - Guide the security management team to ensure consistent implementation of policies and procedures across all performance sites.

• Culture & Performance - Foster a high performance, collaborative environment that promotes accountability and continuous improvement.

• Program Integration - Partner with program leadership to embed security considerations into program planning and execution

• Program Enablement - Ensure the security team enables the program to support program and mission execution in full compliance with internal and government security requirements.

• Inspection Success - Provide oversight, resources, and corrective action tracking to achieve 100 % success on all internal and government security inspections.

• Talent Management - Lead recruiting, development, and retention initiatives

• Government Relations - Establish and maintain professional relationships with key government security oversight personnel (e.g., F-35 JPO, Navy, Marine Corps).

• Enterprise Initiatives - Drive F 35 security enterprise initiatives across the program, championing best practice adoption and continuous improvement programs.

• Travel - Domestic and international travel is required to support dispersed facilities and stakeholder engagement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Final transferable Top Secret clearance with closed investigation date within 5 years or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program with the ability to obtain, and maintain, a Top Secret clearance with SCI if/when mission requirements dictate.

• Must be able to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Access Programs (SAP's).

• Leadership: Proven track record of fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and creating cohesive multidisciplinary teams; experience recruiting, developing and retaining talent

• In-depth knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.7, DoD Manual 5200.01 Volumes 1-3, ICD 705 and associated Technical Specifications.

• Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand security requirements and translate business objectives into practical, risk-based solutions.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; able to convey complex security concepts clearly to senior leadership, program teams, and government partners

• Customer/Stakeholder Relations: Strong experience engaging with internal and external customers

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience as a CSSO, GSSO, PSO, or PSR.

• Experience executing and implementing F-35 Security policy and procedures

• Experience interfacing with Senior Leaders to plan and integrate security policy into a large, complex program.

• Understanding and knowledge of NISPOM, DoD Directives and Intelligence Community Directives.

• Knowledge of ICD 704

• Control Account Manager (CAM) experience.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $136,100 - $235,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $118,400 - $208,610. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
